Hello All,

I have another question on CoPR / PR file. One of my friend has her height slightly differently recorded in CoPR and PR application. This is about 2cm difference. Is this a big issue and do any amendments needed? Currently awaiting first PR card, hence, can't do much at this point. Any thoughts are welcome! Any one had similar issues and chose to ignore and never faced any problems? Please let know.

Thanks,

Minor biometrics such as this are not really significant, especially after the PR landing is completed. The time to get this corrected would have been during the landing interview, where CBSA can make minor adjustments to the file/COPR. It's probably too late to change it now.

Thanks for the reply. Would this have any implications in the future PR renewal applications or citizenship applications?

Why should it given peoples heights increase or decrease slightly all the time as people age and 2 cms is nothing., easily explained away if any concern.

Thanks again. So in the future is there any point in time that your height will measured for IRCC. For instance, renewing PR card and applying for citizenship and spousal sponsorship apps do they ever require any medicals or the one we did when we got the PR is the last ever medical we are going to do for IRCC? If thats the case no need to worry at all too, cause there is no way to dispute what you are claiming to be your height right?

In a word, "no".

2cm is less than 1 inch. That is a negligible difference and will have no impact
