Thank you all for your good wishes, I really appreciate it. The sleeplessness side has not eased up completely, but managed to do the sin, tried applying for OHIP but were told that I need to open a bank account and settle in first, than I can apply for that. Yes, I took cash with me, it's quite safe you just have to be careful a bit, that's all.
