I have been against the unpaid internships for a long time. Many companies in Canada will "hire" you and make you work for free to gain "experience". Most will just terminate you at the end of the internship program and recruit another set of fools. Well, it seems like the government is finally cracking down on this and I welcome it,

I wonder when they will eliminate another controversial policy - to fire worker with no reason in his first X (depending on province) years of work.
