I had applied as refugee in canada 2002 but was refused so as the appeal. I left canada in 2003. I have no documents with me. I do not know that when I would have been issued the deportation order.
can some one help me to tell me what to do?
I want to apply as skilled worker from my country now.

You can apply if you have 1 years experience in the List of 38, but you will have to get Authorization to Return to Canada, as your departure notice probably turned into a deportation order if you didn't tell CIC/CBSA that you were leaving, actually there is probably a warrant out for your arrest in Canada.

The chances of getting an ARC, slim to none.
