Good evening,
Concerned the skilled worker immigration prog.
Is the IELTS required for the applicant only? Or for his spouse as well?
If theapplicants passed a TOEFL test recently, is it enough? Or he must pass IELTS?

Only IELTS GENERAL TRAINING or CELPIP are accepted for English, and TEF CANADA for French. TOEFL is not accepted.
For principal applicant, at least one language is required. But you get more points with two languages.
For spouse, it's not required to have any language at all, although a language would give you more points. It's one language maximum.
