Hi,

I have completed 3 years and two months of experience in investment banking.
I have started my fourth year in this industry but 10 months short to complete the fourth year can I get 15 points for my experience or just 13 please advise and guide me I have 65 points totally If I just calculate 3 years but I will get 67 points if I can calculate it as four years.

It is quite obvious that you will not get points for 4 years if you have 3 2/12 years of experience. It is also very likely that your experience will be calculated before 10 months pass so it is very risky to send the application right away. Can you get extra points some other way (e.g. spouse's IELTS)?

Your experience is locked in on the day CIC receives your application. So if CIC receives your application before you have 4 full years of experience - you will only get points for 3 years.
