Hi. I have a query. I am living and working in UAE and have submitted my Express entry profile with 326 points as Skilled worker immigrant. Actually my Bachelors degree is different with compared to my 11 years work career field. I have attained Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering whereas I have work experience of 11 years in Health and safety field. My question is will this effect in getting my PR if I go through PNP program?

No you will not. Your score is way too low. You want a score of around 480. PNPs not an option unless you get a job offer. You need to do your own job search and find an employer who cannot hire anyone in Canada.
