Skilled worker immigration or express entery

Hi. I just want to know if it is possible to apply for canadian experience class/express entry/skilled worker immigration while you have allready applied for asylum in canada. If yea then ehat is the procedure.

You cannot apply for anything until your case is refused and then deported(or the claim withdrawn) in order to apply for any category.
Even for family sponsorship you cannot apply for example.
