Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi all,

One of my friend has almost 3 years of exp. NOC A outside of Canada while he was pursuing his full time bachelor's degree. He will complete his degree in this June. He worked there part time but more than 30 hours per week including weekends. Does the experience before issuance of a degree count? His points certainly cross the CRS limit of last draws. Will he be able to apply?

Seniors request your assistance on this matter.

Thanks

Yes. Work experience during studies outside of Canada does count.

As long as he has a year of continuous full time skilled work experience (or the equivalent in part-time) he will be eligible under the FSW program.

Also one more doubt. For how long we have to manage the funds in our account (minimum $ requirement) after landing? If I get a decent job I don't want to spend my original currency but what I earn in Canada. Because the exchange rates are killer.

You can do whatever you want with that money once you land.
