I have completed the Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering after Plus Two from State Board Govt. Of Kerala and got the Wes equivalency as Secondary School Diploma and diploma (2 years). Could you please clarify and advise.

What did your WES report say? Secondary diploma and 2-year diploma. If so you count your 2-year diploma.

Whatever WES says is what you can claim. So you can claim a 2 year diploma.

To submit an EE profile, you need ECA and IELTS. First see if you are eligible with a minimum of 67 points. It is based on age, education, language and work experience. You need to research what PNP programs you are eligible for through EE or applying directly if you don't have a job offer/LMIA.
