I like to know at what Skill level category(Skill level 0 or A or B) does QA Software Engineer with 1 year Canadian experience comes under and What would be IELTS score?
Is there way to know under what category i qualify?

Noc 2173 level A CLB 7 minimum of 6 in each category.

Is there any document or do i need to call to call center and ask it?

Hi Gokul, if you are actually performing the duties of a Software QA, you come under NOC A 2173. Please go through the titles and duties of QA Engineer from the below link.
