Can anyone help me please. I booked a package skiing holiday with British Airways from UK to Banff February 2017 not knowing about the required eTA.
I, my grandson and youngest son all have got one, but my eldest son has been refused due to DUI.
He has a rehabilitation certificate.
None of us will be driving whilst in Canada (we will be using the ski shuttle buses)
We have a date of entry and exit from Canada (flying into Calgary)
Is there anything I can do so that my eldest son can come with us on this skiing trip of a lifetime.

I thank anyone replying in advance.

He's currently inadmissible to Canada. He needs to apply for rehabilitation (this is a Canadian immigration process) - but this will only be possible if he meets Canada's rehabilitation criteria.

When was the DUI? More importantly, when did he complete any penalties or pay any fines associated with the DUI?
