Hi everyone!

I just wanted to know which size for photos of evidence of relationship worked for you. I'm printing mine but I'm afraid they might be too small, I'm printing 6 per page. I think I'll be printing 4 per page for those pictures that require more quality. Would CIC mind if I send pictures in different sizes?

Ideas appreciated!

Thanks for your replies! :)

hi there

i uploaded photographs into a microsoft word document - maximum 2 to a page - and wrote a little caption for each photo stating who is in the photo, the location and the date/year. my paperwork went thorugh without any problems, so what i did must have been satisfactory. however, i do remember when i started compiling the photographic evidence i did try to put more than 2 photos on a page, but i opted against it as the smaller the photo was, the less clear our faces were when we printed them out, therefore i just stuck with 2 per page.

hope that helps.

Ours are not sent in yet, but I generally did 2 to a page. The only places I really put more than 2 were ones where he took a picture of me and I took a picture of him at the same place. Like camarsden said, I think it depends on whether the imporant details are visible. You should be able to recognize people from their faces. I'm not sure they really need to be that big. I think I made them that size because that is the conventional size for prints.

I did 2 per page as well, with detailed captions of "Who, what, when, where". I may have over-done the witty remarks and things, but hopefully that won't be a problem. :)

I did 3 to 4 per page depending on if the photo was portrait or landscape shaped. My printer is fairly high quality, though, and you could definitely still see all the detail even though it was smaller. We described what was going on in the photo next to the picture as well.

CIC won't care if the photos are different sizes. If they still are clear enough at 6 per page, then go for it. I also printed mine two to a page.

I just finished printing a few for additional evidence at my interview and I did 2 per page and printed in black and white. I have made the pictures big and clear enough that most of the details can be seen.

Oh, and like everyone have mentioned I put a description of what we were doing for most of the pictures.

You are very lucky man that you found this site earlier. I paid over $60 -100 or more ordering printouts from Wal-Mart when I just recently learned that CIC has no particular restrictions on how you submit pictures as evidence to them.

It pays sometimes to learn the hard way. Good thing you didn't get hooked in the trap like we did :D

Best of luck on you application
