Sitting at 443, keep waiting or accept PT from Ontario, or apply without spouse?

Start preparing for OINP application without waiting for anything. Of course, the $1,500 bank draft should be the last thing to be prepared for the OINP application.
Meanwhile, also keep an eye on the CIC draws. Till date, the CRS cut-off has not fallen below 450.
Just make sure you submit the OINP application by the deadline in case you do not receive the ITA directly through a draw till then.

Hi, if u have enuf funds, i wud suggest that you apply for OINP to increase ur score. According to history of draw scores, not once did it drop below 450. However, we never know... so wat i wud do is to prepare all documents needed for OINP, you can use this for PR app anyway.. and send it with just enuf tym before your PT expires. Its 45 days so you can still study the trend of draw scores and have tym to decide if its worth passing up the invitation

Hey buddy, I have the same exact situation, my CRS score is 444. But I accepted PT from Ontario a month ago and I am just waiting for their approval which will make sure I have enough point at the end.

Well to be honest with you, I really doubt that the score will go down to 443 anytime soon....even if CIC continues to draw on a weekly basis with nearly 1500 ITAs ~ 6000 ITAs a month, they need at least 2 months before reaching that score in my humble opinion.

If I was in your place I would go for the PNP unless ONtario is not your preference and you can wait.

Go ahead with OINP dont wait for draw cause there must be atleast 5-6k applicants between score of 444-449 , i am very sure that u will not get ITA in next 45 days.U guys could leave ur no if interested in OINP PT Group

Hi All,
I am new to this Forum.

Well, am sitting at 443 . I am completing my 3 years in Canadian experience in mid of May'16. So I am assuming my CRS will increase to 453. Should I wait until May'16 and expect a draw in May to have a CRS <= 453 or Should I recreate my profile to have a chance of OINP invitation.

Also, will my points increase to 453 by May'16 or a month earlier as EE seems to have a system glitch which gives points for experience one month earlier?

With 400+ I would advise you guys to wait and not wast $1500 - again choice is all yours

ITA will come through this year for 400+ as per recent Immigration law summit - this was assured

It isn't assured by any means. Good advice for someone at 440 or thereabouts (and not in a tearing hurry) but definitely not valid for someone at 400-430.
