Hi,

I would like to apply for my cousin sister Tourist Visa. She is single (widow) age more than around 43 yrs. She is a homemaker. Please advice, if she could visit me for a month. what document I need to show to make the case strong.

She would need to show sufficient finances to afford the trip as well as strong ties to her home country. A month is also too long to ask for. 3 weeks maximum would be better

How to show her family ties, in her family no one has a passport yet.
Approximate how much finances I need to show in her account in CAD.
Do I need to show property papers as well?

It does not matter if her family members don't have passports. You'll need to post more details

1. Does she have children? If yes, are they minors/adults + what do they do?
2. Does she live with any other family members?
3. Does she own property/land (legally transferred to her name)? Does she earn rental income from the property?
4. Does she have financial investments? Bank term deposits, shares, jewelry, pension funds, etc?
5. What is the purpose of her visit?
6. Has she traveled to the US, UK, Schengen countries, Australia/NZ, etc?
7. Does she have any finances/bank balance of her own? Instead of you (host), can one of her immediate family member support her visit financially?

1. She has no children.
2. She lives with her family member, her mother, and brother.
3. She own Land (not house) in her name.No rental Income.
3. She is holding Fixed Deposits, Post office Schemes, Jewelry.
5 .Visit Purpose- Visiting me and Canada.
6. She is from India and never visited any other Country.
7. She is having her own bank balance. and her Immediate family member supports her visit.
One more thing, I would like to add, she also runs a family business( a shop), but that's not in her name.
