Sister is In toronto. ...while I've applied for Manitoba

How can i prove in My app that i truely n surely want to live in MB, as my real sister is in Toronto and has applied for Citizenship recently...
Where as previously while submitting online application I didnt mention that I have sister in Toronto.,

moreover I was denied a visit visa in 2009 which I also didnt mention in online app..should I still hide dis or wot should I do? Xtremely worried..

You should be. Lying on the application will get you nothing if they find out. Just hope they don't find out. Not sure how or if they cross reference denied visa applications.
The likelihood that you will remain in Manitoba while you have established family in Toronto is doubtful. Who sponsored you to Manitoba?

My cousin did..but she is a distant relative 2 me as I was unable 2 provide a proof of relation so i listed her as distant relative//

Look. You have not followed the process in good faith. You need to see an immigration lawyer.
