SINP w/ job offer After September 2014 timeline

Notice that after September 2014 the processing times on SINP is shortened to 5.3 months. Those who submit their application after September 2014 can please share your timeline/ experience/ process/ additional documents requested etc.

SINP Applied: Sept 2014
SINP Ack: OCT 2014
Still WAITING....

Is it normal to take this long?? I am outside Canada. Please advise.
