If I am eligible for both IN DEMAND OCCUPATIONS STREAM and Express Entry stream for SINP which is most advisable or which stream has more invitations

EE is faster and is based on SINP score and NOC. In Demand is slower and not through EE. Check SINP sheets to see how many are invited in each stream.
