After getting the SINP, Can i go back to my home country and apply for Permanent Residency from there ?

Which category?

Re: SINP Question_Landing_in_canada

Hello,

I want to know that if you apply under "SINP", is it mandatory to land and work in the same province?

If yes, then for how many years before you can move out to other provinces or cities?

Thanks and regards

HI sunnyray! May I ask your input about sinp. im planning to sponsor my sister in the philippines via SINP Family member. I have already read the requirements in the website and I think I 've encountered a bit of a stumbling block: she is a graduate of nursing but did not and will now be interested in taking the licensure exam thus, she does not have the requisite job experience related to her post-secondary education. she is currently working in an insurance company. Can you help me out if there is a way around it? thanks so much!

i prefer you to stay in same province till you get citizenship. But trust me SK is best to live the only drawback of SK is weather. Otherwise stay there you can explore the world even you live in SK. the real power is that u r Canadian PR

Hi.. I saw my application status today, it still says, "In Process". I applied under "SINP Skilled Worker" category.

What a boring time.. My File is still in Canada. I am still waiting for nomination. How long should it take usually?
I applied in June-2011.

Please tell me if anyone knows.

Hi. ang pagkakaalam ko kailangan meron syang atleast 1year experience related to her post secondary education. Kailangan nyang magtrabaho as a "nurse" for atleast 1 year. :(

Yes you need to live in the province although there are cities in Saskatchewan.
But I'm not so sure how much time is needed to be able to move over big cities outside Saskatchewan.
