I can acces my application on ecas but I did not receive AOR

I think u should call them for AOR

Can we expect, decrease in processing time as MP from Calgary has questioned Immigration Minister in Parliament on reason of delay in processing PR files.

I will be submitting my file within day or two.
 
Status is showing 26% completion, Estimated completion date is June 11, 2022 (AR: September 11, 2020, AOR: Feb 15, 2021)
