Dear all friends

Today I got my LMO for Saskatoon

My question is should I apply sinp after six month
Or work a yr then apply Canada experience class

Pls note I am a chef

Thanks

You can start with SINP now, and when you become eligible for CEC apply for CEC too.
See what gets processed faster, you can have multiple application in process, but only
on can be finalized - the other one has to be withdrawn upon approval of the first.

No. I don't think so. But you can apply under Nominee and CEC category.

For CEC if your are worker(not graduated in Canada) you have to work two years..SINP it ll be 6 month because you have different work permit..

I am in same situation and ll be applying SINP and then after month for CEC..

I'm a skilled you worker. I have applied for sinp in june 2012 and i still have got any certificate yet.
On their website it still says that the processing is 3 months for skilled workers with job offer.
I advise you to call them first and find out what the current processing times are.

CEC requirement is one ( 12 months ) year of full-time skilled work experience, not two years.

Processing times posted for PNP ( 16 months ) and CEC ( 12 months ) right now. So CEC
is being processed a little faster. There is no safe way, as both streams are safe if you meet
the requirements. I'm not sure about PNP but the CEC class is a pass/fail application. That means,
that if you meet all the requirements for CEC your application will be approved.
If you qualify for PNP now, I'd say go for the PNP application now and as soon as you
gain the 12 months of full-time work experience and therefore meet the CEC requriements
prepare your second application and apply under the CEC class.
Once one of you two applications gets approved you will have to withdraw the other one.

Thanks Toby
For your reply while my sinp or Cec application will process
Can I live Canada legally I mean what visa I will get it while my application in process
During the processing time can go to back home for holiday and come back

Many thanks

Those people whose WP expires in long time they process at the end for those whose WP expire in next 4-6 month they do faster SINP..so when is your WP expire?

SINP is way faster and sure process compared to CEC.

And why in this worl would you want to wait for 6 months to start the process! Go SINP.you are lucky to have that option
