Hi There,

I am creating this thread to join people who submitted their files through SINP portal for nomination. Please join my thread to track processing times.

Please share your timelines. My timeline is:

Invitation to apply - August 5th 2021
Application Received - August 31st 2021

IELTS score expired so appearing again on 16th October. I will submit my application by 5th November.

I received around 4700 CAD on the day of ITA (8th September "day" in India, 7th September "Night" in Canada), So technically before ITA. SINP will consider it as a proof of funds as these are not arranged funds. I received it from my employer as incentive of previous financial year (April 2020 to March 2021). Do they consider? and in case my application got rejected, Can I reapply with same proof of funds as This amount will be 3 months old at that point of time.

If it was IRCC it would be fine as you can show the source of the fund but SINP has a rule of 90 days and they are very strict about it.

No, you can't. You will have to launch EOI again and get ITA.

No, you can't. You will have to launch EOI again and get ITA.

SINP website is not clear about this as they write "You may reapply to SINP after the reasons for the ineligible decision have been addressed".
They don't mention about fresh EOI as I can do that without reasons addressed.

Reapply means entering the pool and getting ITA and then submitting an application. Once they cancelled your application either you ask for a review or enter the pool again; there is no option on the OASIS website to submit a brand new application again without receiving an ITA. I am sure about this. You may ask other people if you need clarification.
