One friend came from Saskaton on leave, he stayed one yr there. as per his comment, now they have difficult time for engineer, oil price going down, many project shut down,\\\ for engineer job you need to get License, etc.

And SINP nomination rate for engineer is also very slow

Maybe they will change NOC in demand list shortly and some NOC related to engineering will be cut out???

as per my experience OID is better than EE..

OID takes very little bit more time but its Safe Way

if you are confident about all documents submitted.. go with EE it is faster than OID.. but please note of the 67 points you need to proceed..

today my application got ineligible.

SINP Reason
"You have not scored a minimum of 60 out of 100 points on the Skilled Worker Points Assessment grid. You have not received as many points as you claimed for work experience. From SINP assessment, you have only 2 years and 10 months of eligible work experience in NOC 1225 in the past ten years that can be awarded points. You were not awarded points for other experience in occupations either higher or lower in skill level as opposed to NOC 1225, and they are not in demand."

but I could not understand how they have calculated my experience 2 years and 10 months. Because as per my experience letter, it was clearly mentioned that I have been performing the same jobs and responsibilities since 01.09.2010 to the date of submission of my application in November, 2016. As per company's policy only my designation changed but my roles and responsibilities remained same. So total more than 6 years of experience related to noc 1225.

following detail was mentioned in my experience letter alongwith roles and responsibilities.

From 02.07.2007 to 01.07.2008 : Management Trainee
From 02.07.2008 to 31.12.2012 : Assistant Executive
From 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2015 : Executive Purchase
From 01.01.2016 to till date : Manager Purchase
It is full time permanent position in this organization. He works 48 hours per week. His gross salary per month is Rs. ***** (Rupees *******in words).
He has been performing the following roles and responsibilities since 01.09.2010.

now how they calculate my experience and what is their reason.

please help should i make a second review or new application or both.

More over i was worried about my fund maturity period which to my surprise they have not mentioned at all.

For each job description you had to put a separate letter or to have a different Job duties show in the same letter,
