The Saskatchewan Immigration is asking me for a prove of intent to reside, that is because I live in Toronto already. I really intend to move there but I have no idea of how to prove that to them.
My daughter is in school and I would like to move after July (when school ends).
Does anyone have any fine ideas on how should I prove my honest intent to move there?

Better talk or send email to Saskatchewan Immigration Minister directly. What a dynamic person he is! U will get the reply and feel the reaction second day.

Hi all, what is happening? I've not heard about any nomination again. Are they on vacation. My status is still in process since 8th of dec. Nov 22 applicant.

Just need a quick advice.......As I am preparing my documents for CIC, as its not mentioned in the checklist about the education documents, work experience certificates and proof of funds.

Is there any need to submit these documents to CIC?

Hi all, I hav got a request for an additional document (POF) as am Nov 22 applicant but I prefer to apply for EE next intake. Just want to know if I can delay the response until their next opening probably January. Thanks

Congrats for the progress so far. Delay is very possible but a bird at hand worth millions in the bush. Please when did you received this additional docs request?

Application submitted 22 Nov, turned in process 28 Nov and I hot request for additional document on 6th December. I just got in express entry pool now and prefer to get nominated thru it because it is much faster.

Am thinking if I send the proof of fund now I might get nominated before the next opening and as such I won't have options than to apply for PR through OID or can I still apply for EE after getting the nomination letter thru OID.

Well, you can delay the ADR till end of Jan 2017. But as I said earlier nobody knows when the next intake will open.

With all the inputs i got I sent my additional documents today . HR was reluctant to include the job main duties. I included the following
1. HR email conversation
2. Reference letter without duties as they gave
3. Tax Statements

NOC 2221

Dear all
Kindly provide the info what are the conditions to maintain pr status in saskwatchen. Someone of my known said that after living 2 years in saskwatchen u have to file federal PR to move to other state and to file federal PR u should worked for 2 years full time with 25000dollar per annum in saskwatchen. Otherwise u r not eligible for federal PR. Is there any kind of rule like this. Plz guide..
