Hey all

I have a query
1. 1st company no problems with the reference letter I got exactly the way asked for
2. Supervisor is no more with the company so I am planning to get notarized letter stating the main duties becoz HR gave me the letter with pay , designation but not mentioning the duties
3. I got the letter from current company HR but does it need to be counter signed by supervisor ?

I am planning to apply for 2171 code under SINP. I have done BA Eng Hons from Delhi Univ and then MCA from Maharshi Dayanand Univ. Will my ENg Hons degree cause issue for 2171 code? Please guide.

Last year they were handing out nominations even after Christmas.. 27th 29th December

They don't consider notarized Job Reference letter.
3. Not compulsory.

I also submitted me application in Nov 16 under code 2171,from 02.Dec.16 it's in process..how much they take for furother process...?

Received my nomination today NOC 0213.

Here's my timeline if it helps.

Application submitted: Nov 22
In Process: Nov 30
Nominated: Dec 15

i have applied and got submitted. Few documents was asked by sinp and last 14.12.16 i had submitted all required documents, till that status showing in sinp login "waiting on applicant" since 15.12.16 changed it "in process" may i know howmuch time it will takes??? secondly i got first asking required documents of reference letter and all on 9th dec, than fund they wanted upto 22 august, i shown it on 14th dec than its in process. it means earlier sent document they processed or what? My NOC is 2221. is there anyone from this noc..

I need help the company is not willing to include the job duties and the supervisor has left the company. Any suggestions please ?

you can make ur job description or job profile and affidavit it, it might work because they also know this is india and there's so much politics and sometimes employee not get the reference letter from there......but in which NOC r u fall??? and on today what is ur status???? have u got anything ???
