I had the same issue earlier on. I called customer service and they instructed me to register new applciation and modify the response on field where it asks for whether you have a EE profile to No. I was able to submit under the In-demand category then. Hope it helps.
 
can someone advise i withdraw profile in EE and how i can i submit OID in this intake, i created SINP application with EE, but how can i change it, there is no change button in the boxes, please advise

You have to create new application, mention No in place where it is asking for EE number

I am alos in the same situation, when will the SINP-OID category close..??? Some say it will last for 3 days..??? If so I will get enough time to create a new profile and scan, upload my documents....with NO IN THE PLACE OF EE number.

It wont last for 3 days, Fill in the application and keep it ready you can submit it when it opens again
