I have created SINP OASIS profile but not submitted yet,, Can i parallely apply for Manitoba EoI EE... If SINP is successful i may withdraw my MINP.

You can apply but MINP I think they are asking the applicant if applied to other province other than Manitoba... check their web.

HOW IT IS GOING TO EFFECT MY APPLICATION ?

Completely Agree with Ashu........Those who are saying that they are getting Nomi. with new funds they have only mere the differences in their funds e.g my friend was short of 13K that he borrowed it from his dad......And if your see, he has that entry(valid) in his bank statement and if you calculate its only the diff. of $200/300 so these kind of funds doesn't make any impact on nomi.
