Hello, I received invitation for SINP-OID 3 months back. But in last month I got direct ITA since draw cut off went quite low.
So how should I answer the question
"Has XXXX received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?"
Since the SINP-OID invitation I got was not for express entry, can I answer this question as no?
Also, do I need to let SINP folks know that I will not be pursuing my app with them?
