Any updates?
I have emailed them regarding this problem. Below is what they said
"

We have forwarded the issue to our IT team for a resolution. We will notify you once the issue is corrected. We have not received a response from our IT department on a fix to this issue yet.
Please also check your spam folder/junk mail folder in the meantime to see if the e-mail was sent there by your e-mails permissions.
