SINP Nomination. Delay in PCC from USA

Dear All, I have SINP express entry nomination for last date to accept is feb 25. However my stay in usa was 18 months and it is learnt that usa pcc will take around 4 months to complete.

I have heard that u can get a extension from cic after one accepts the ITA??

Also can I ask SINP to give extension to accept the Nomination leading into the cic framework?
