SINP Nominated - Unable to update Nomination and selection

Hello everyone

I got my nomination through Tech Talent about 11 days ago (Express Entry path), but I haven't received anything on my EE yet.
Reading about it, I found this link on the IRCC website, which states that I need to go to my EE profile and change a field indicating that I have a nomination.
However, this field (Nomination and Selection) is grayed out, I can't change it to yes.

Is it right? What should I do?

What’s Tech talent express entry and what are the eligible requirements

It's a PNP program from SK.
So, the question isn't about the Tech Talent itself, but regarding the Express Entry.

How much time take for a nomination certificate to be added to an EE profile from the PNP?
Do I need to do something on my side, or is it just this eternal waiting?

I know people from Ontario who it took less than 1 day. I don't know if it may differ between provinces.
