SINP NOC 2173: Certification required?

I am totally new to this forum. Any experienced member please do reply.

I am into testing with NOC 2173. In the in demand list it states that certification required. What sort of certification they look for?

Can I apply for NOC 2171?

Do you plan to apply under Express Entry 2015, or apply with Job offer?

There are people that applied SINP 2014 and were rejected because the lack of this certification.

On the other hand NOC 2171 doesn't requiere a certification in Saskatchewan is not regulated

But hoW to get the certification? Are you aware of the process? It seems they have their own process.

I am planning for express entry route.
