I live in the uk and have been offered a job with an employer in Saskatchewan and they have an approval letter for my job. I am wondering my options for applyig for my visa.
The employer has said to apply for a temporary working visa then I can apply for my residence once I am there.
1) however as the process takes a long time can I apply for both a temporary worker visa and also apply for my nomination from the SINP and then submit my application to the federal government?
2)If I submit my application for permanent residence now from the UK do I have to remain here for the remainder of the application process or could I go on and work in canada with a temporary working visa?
