Hello Friends, :)
My employer registered his company to SINP for job approval letter.
When can I expect job approval letter from SINP?
What is average time line after registration ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Kam_Josh,

I am a HR and also a new immigrant. I just got the job approval letter of SK for my staff. It only takes a day (Thursday->Friday). However, according to the Email I received from SINP office, it takes 3 to 4 weeks.

For me, it seems that SINP office is very efficient these days. I would say you might get it within 3 weeks.

Good luck!

For me took two months
But one my friend got in a week

Again it fully depends
But I think it's quick now bcz sinp people are not busy now
Bcz less work

Would there be any fee for the employer to pay to SINP for job offer??
Please reply.
Thanks in advance.

Hi shinezhang16

I have a query on job approval letter from SINP.
Could you please tell if an employer from sask has to pay a fee to the SINP office to get a job approval letter
if he is providing an employment letter for a foreign skilled worker. And is it a burden for an employer
getting Approval letter such as LMIA which costs much and takes lot of time.

Your reply would be much helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Since the staff who got the Job approval letter is already a permanent employee and has been residing in SK for over 2 years, I didn't apply the LMIA or LMO. There is no fee for this. The documents that I submitted include job description, letter of offer and verification of employment.

However, as far as I know about LMO, if you wanna hire a foreign worker from another country, you have to post the ad for at least 3 months and to prove that you cannot find any qualified candidate, then you can start apply for the LMO for the foreign worker.

Hope this help!

Thanks!

Hi,

Can you please help me submitting Job position for SINP approval?

I have login details but not able to answer all the questions asked.

Hi,

can anyone answer my questions as i am trying to understand SINP job approval letter.

I am on an open work permit at the moment, my OWP is going to expire in aug 2015. I am presently working for an Saskatchewan employer.

1. what is the best option to extend my stay in saskatchewan?

2. My employer is willing to apply for job approval letter, can I apply for SINP asap with this letter or do I have to show a min 6 months experience?

3. what is the benefit of job approval letter?

4. can I apply for bridging work permit on the basis of job approval letter?

and finally

5. lets say I get SINP, can I use this for Express entry?

1. what is the best option to extend my stay in saskatchewan?
Apply for SINP Existing Work Permit sub-category under Saskatchewan Experience Category.

2. My employer is willing to apply for job approval letter, can I apply for SINP asap with this letter or do I have to show a min 6 months experience?
You need to fulfill ALL the requirements under a SINP category that you apply for, job approval letter is one of the requirements.

3. what is the benefit of job approval letter?
Again, it is one of the requirements to show SINP that your job is valid

4. can I apply for bridging work permit on the basis of job approval letter?
Job Approval Letter is only for SINP. To apply for bridging work permit, you need to go to CIC website and check its requirements. Again, apply under SINP Existing Work Permit category i think is the best and fastest option for you.

5. lets say I get SINP, can I use this for Express entry?
No you can't. Any Nomination Certificate you get from SINP cannot used to applied for Express Entry, unless you apply for SINP Express Entry category, but this one is not available yet.

Hope my answers can help.

Thanks a lot.. much much clear now.

Hello,
Someone can help me to know if when I receive the SINP nomination I can apply to come to Canada under a Work Permit and at the same time apply to Permanent Residency? That way I will be already in Canada working when my PR comes...
Thanks,

Thanks,

Sorry I don't understand your question. Do you mean you already for SINP and receiver their nomination letter or you haven't applied for anything yet?

Yes. I applied to SINP on March 26, 2015. My question is if when I receive the nomination letter I can use it to apply to Work permit.
