with express entry its difficult to cross 450. So I am interested in applying provinces like Ontario , saskatchewan , Nova scotia, New brunswick.

I want to apply for Nova Scotia occupations in demand with express entry. as this process takesaround 6-9 months more than 6 months for state nomination. So I am interested in applying for SINP express entry with no job offer .

Now clear my doubt that can I apply for two provinces simultaneously ?

Can a Gujarati Association show a connection for an immigrant as one can migrate to Manitoba if they have any connection establised - be it a family, friend or by way of community organisation? Pls reply if neone has an idea

I need help from some expert , is it possible to guide me how to edit my Skilled Worker Pre-Application section step-1, I need to edit this part.
I am facing problem when I click to button " make change to the application screen" it does not change, but other step like 2 or 3 is perfectly working and i can edit.

I think you can not change the step 1 because this is where you choose the stream you want to apply for. Try to register again under different username and make changes there.

Well, I succesfully submitted two applications with same EE profile number and JB code, but then withdrawn the application I didn't want to proceed with.
I am not sure in which phase of the application process you are, but if you haven't submitted yet, maybe you could try to cancel pre-aplication and start the new one with same username?

Proof Of Funds: I had only $7000 in my account prior 3 months to the application date but I have added the required amount before the application submission date.

I had life insurance policy for sum assured Rs 500000/. from LIC but I have paid only Rs 403800/. I will get the returns from this policy at the time of policy maturity. Is this can be shown as a proof of fund to SINP.

The will most likely invalidate your application. As you have to show required money for 90 days prior to application.

In my opinion, No.
It needs to be close relatives, the definition is clearly mentioned on Manitoba website.
