Provident fund is not accepted. It has been discussed here on the forum and someone even e-mailed SINP to confirm. Sorry

So all the money should be in bank account only. Very difficult to show 20,000+ cad in bank account.
Apart from Bank statement, any other option to show the funds?

Maximum points give for language is 20pt for CLB 8 and higher. Your seems to be CLB 8 and higher.

Mate, try to call them and ask, maybe they will explain.

Also -- SINP was opened again on the 16th, i think they still accept applications - so apply again.

When was it returned? And I am sure they will give reason for rejection, please see email again or notification online.
