Hello,

May I ask three questions please.

1) Do I need to apply for EE in case of getting the nomination in SING?

2) Regarding the Settlement Plan, is it just to visit that website and answer few questions, then automatically it creates a plan and be sent to email so that what I need is just to print it and upload it in the online application?

3) Is it better to apply in EE Sub Category than applying in Occupation In-Demand ? in both category is it mandatory to live in Saskatchewan to get the PR?

3. SINP: Express Entry Occupation in Demand is a category of PNP. Normally, when you are sponsored by the province, you do require to live there, however, there is no LAW to regulate it - as the right of PR allows you live anywhere in Canada. However, some say that the fact if you move out of a province may cause troubles when applying to citizenship.

Hi all. Can anybody answer that:

1. I prepared translations certified by Notary Public and by the translation agency with mention of educational institution where the translator collected her diploma, so basically it resembles Affidavit. Will it work for SINP? Why I ask: Notary Public and Translators do not sign the Affidavit from other countries.

2. When I upload my documents, the system never asks in which stream i want to apply (EE or OID). And in the Summary of Applications it automatically says Express Entry Category. BUT I did not choose EE. Can anybody comment? What should I do if I want to apply in both EE and OID.

Yes. I think it is required, as i have read that applicants are being asked to prepare settlement plans and explain how they got a job offer.

I will answer the 1st question. Yes, this will be accepted, as long as translator mentions, his name, his address, his qualifications and put a stamp and signature on a translation.
