God bless you both....

My friend has received an ITA from SINP on 24th March 2021 however his IELTS have expired on 10th March 2021.

My query is:

Can he give an IELTS exam now and furnish the TRF for the same, provided he is able to achieve the band score which he declared in EOI and mabage to stay at par with cut-off score ??

I am hopeful because in SINP's EOI, there is no field to declare the exam date and TRF number.

Thank you for your reply sir. Will prepare Letter of Explanation accordingly.

However I have another query which could be a major hiccup:

My friend is born in 1985 but he got 12 points for age 22-34 instead of 10 points for 35-45 (i guess some technical glitch).

His birthday is coming in couple of weeks and he will turn 36 and given the fact that he has to re-appear for IELTS, he won’t be able to submit the file before his birthday.

My query is:

1) In SINP, does the points for age gets locked at ITA or at Submission of file?

2) If it gets locked at submission then what options he has sir?

1. For SNIP, you select the age range. So there is no technical glitch, you chose range in which you fall as on the date you submit your EOI.

2. Not sure what you are asking.

2.

Noted with thanks sir!

Please consider the following:

EOI made at 34 years of age.
ITA received at 35 years of age.
Application would be submitted at 36 years of age.

My query is:

Will he not face the reduction of 2 points, which will take his score 2 points below the SNIP cut-off and will eventually get his application rejected because he didn't meet the cut-off score at the time of submitting the application?

The date when you create the EOI, that score is taken into account. Candidate profiles entered into the candidate pool that are not invited to apply will be removed from the pool after one year, at which time you are able to resubmit a profile if you choose to do so.

Only if your receive an ITA, which will be based on your age as per EOI and not when you submit.

Sir thank you for the reply, but I guess I am too anxious to understand your advise clearly.

So sorry to repeat my question again, but what I understood is that his turning to 36 at the time of submission would not lead to a rejection ? (Because he created EOI at age of 34 and there is a 2 point difference between age 34 and 36)

Sorry for disturbing you with a repeat question.

Hello Guys

I have receive ITA for SINP
Application submitted 25th March 2021
I have 2 queries, if anyone can assist please.

1. What is normally the reason to give if my relative sponsoring me for SK is paying for my SINP.
2. I created additional family information in part 2 by error and am unable to delete that screen. this will duplicate the information provided. Is that ok or is there any way to delete that screen / segment.
3. The ethical disclosure is listed in PART 1. is there are a separate form that needs to be attached and where?? i cant seem to find anywhere that it needs to be added.

Any advise is highly appreciated. Thanks
