SINP: Is it required to move to particular city mentioned in COPR?

Hi,

I have got Copr for Regina city in Sasketchwan.
We are planning to move there.
Is it mandatory that when we land , we should reside in Regina only in Sasketchwan or we can stay in some other city like Saskatoon in the same province.
