SINP INTL SKILLED WORKER EE SUB-CATEGORY - FOR JANUARY 2016 APPLICANTS ! ! !

Hi, I have submitted Employee Provident Fund and Savings bond as my PoF in my application submitted on 4th Janaury. Today I have checked the status and it changed into 'in process' but they have converted the partial amount of my savings bond. They converted only the bond certificate in first page, they didn't consider the 2nd pages certificate which is same kind of bond with another amount and with same date.

Another point is that, I cannot find my Provident fund documents In the apps. It is missing but I uploaded and attached it before submission and also checked again it was there after submission.

Anyway they uploaded my settelement plan which I mailed them after submitted the application.

I am very much confused on overall situation. should I mail them stating the situation or should I wait till getting their mail.

Please help..

i think it is best to wait for them. they may require you addtl docs to submit if they need to do. i read a post that they got nominated for having provident fund as part of their POF. they just attach an explanation that PF can be withdrawn once they resign from work.

Hello All,

Guys !! I have some good news with SINP is accepting Provident Fund. Muneer and myself have convinced the director of SINP to accept Provident fund as it a special savings account and can be withdraw once you resign your company or immigrate to a foreign country from your home country. We both have put lot of effort and time and cannot reveal the details in this forum and if anyone needs information on how to convince SINP to accept provident fund from India which is also called as Employee Provident Fund (EPF),
They have also accepted Singapore provident fund

Please email me at : charanyalala@gmail.com, I ill help you folks with letter of explanation for India EPF

Also, whoever application has submitted proof of funds as provident fund and made application ineligible due to that, send request for appeal to SINP with a proper letter of explanation

im guessing this week maybe there will be nominations..hopefully...
we'll get to know since their monday office hour will be starting hours later.
many have got "in process" status last week and that includes me.

let's be positive that we'll get nominations the soonest.
