SINP how to acquire family member points

Hello,
I got ITA from SINP's EOI in OID stream.

I have a family member living in Saskatchewan(since 2007). I am using my Aunty (my mom's blood sister) as Saskatchewan family member point.
My question is what kind of documents do we need to add into our application to gain those point.

So far i have added following from my Sask family member:

• Indian Passport (Has parents name on last page)
• PR Card
  Last 3 years Notice of Assesment
• Last 3 months PayStub
• Sask Health Card

In my India passport I have my mom's name at the last page of passport but her name include my dad's name (name change after mrg)

Is there anything that i need to include more, Please guide.
