How to enter Family details in PR Application post ITA?

Hi Friends, I have received ITA on 5th September 2018. I am currently updating system generated PR Application form. I am asked to fill family member details.

To enter my father and mother details I need to start from the name that is first name and last name.

However, my father and mother have only single name in the passport. Hence, I have to leave one column blank in the form. But the issue is system is not allowing blank space in either of thethe bo (first name and last name). How should I enter the name then?

You can not leave things blank so you will add their only name in both places. So same name should be in both the places and you should explain the matter in the letter of explanation. Attach their passport copies for further clarification to the immigration agent !
