SINP - Forgot to upload Ethical Conduct Disclosure and Applicant Declaration

Hi There

I recently submitted SINP under Occupations in Demand but forgot to submit the Ethical Conduct Disclosure and
Applicant Declaration Form. Will this cause rejection of the submission? any insights on going forward with this would
be great.

This happened to me as well. I sent it to them and called them as well. It didn't cause any issue for me because I got nomination a month later.

Hi. I also sent them this form in ADR. I have a question...I sent them my ADR documents through another email but mentioned my file number in subject. Will they accept it ?

Thanks for this, so we should just send the email to `immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca` along with the missing documents? thanks again.

What is ADR?

Yes they should. It's a minor error that will be overlooked. I Included my application number as well

what has to be done in ethical conduct document page-wise if i am not using a representative?
 
Dear : I forget to upload documents to proof my relationship condocumentswith my cousin who is Saskatchewan citizen but I upload all documents of my relative to proof his citizenship. I send missing documents voluntarily to immigration.documents@goc.sk.ca. they will accept this or will reject my application. Please please support
