SINP: "Express-Entry and Occupations-In-Demand", What is better?

There are two programs in Saskatchewan. I did not notice any difference between them except that Express-Entry program requires that applicant be first accepted by CIC express entry before applying in that program.

I got accepted by CIC express entry. So what is better for me to apply in? Occupations-In-Demand or Express-Entry?
If I may apply in either one of them then which one would be the better option?

Off-course, Express Entry Stream is relatively faster than Occupation in Demand Stream
