The chance is very low. If you check the cut-off scores of draws of last 2 years you will notice that they were generally above 68. With CLB 8 in IELTS (R:6.5,W:6.5,S:6.5,L:7 5), Bachelors in ECA, 10 years work experience and age under 35 years anyone can claim 67 but this score is very common in SINP. So if someone wants to get ITA in this scenario he must get a score 70 or above.
So how to do that? You can't do anything about your age but you can inprove your score in other parts. If you have an IELTS score lower than CLB 8, get CLB 8 to claim highest point in language, if have masters in your home country but your ECA evaluate that degree as bachelors do your ECA again from IQAS. Again your age must be under 35 to claim highest point for age and you should have 10 years work experience. Doing these things, you may try increase your score a little bit; like 70 which is a safe score to get an ITA.
