SINP EE , required advise.

I applied for SINP EE in Feb'17 and haven't got any response till now. I means not even rejection. Can someone possibly advise what could have been happening at their end please?

Hi All,
I have recently received an email from SINP program integrity where they have asked for several documents to prove my work experience is genuine, they have asked for work references as well. Though I have provided all those documents. My documents are genuine. I just want to know what difference does it makes if Program integrity unit is satisfied with application. Doest it increase any chances of selection or its just a document verification medium.?
