Re: SINP BIETH CERTIFICATE ISSUE SENIORS HELP NEEDED PLS

GO to Registrar of births & death office and ask for NO FOUND CERTFICATE from them and then make an affidavit stating that you went to the office for B.C but they didnt found it so consider my matriculation as birth certificate .

Hope it helps

Re: SINP BIETH CERTIFICATE ISSUE SENIORS HELP NEEDED PLS

When in doubt, send what you have and write a letter explaining what you don't have.

In this case, you should get a letter from police or other authority in India stating that no birth certificate exists for your wife.

In your letter to immigration, explain that in her village/area it can happen that a birth of a baby is not registered and this is the reason why no birth certificate exists.

Offer them whatever other documents she has. I don't know what she has but a baptism certificate, vaccination records, school registration or something like that could help.

From SINP

If a copy of your birth certificate is unavailable you must provide a Non Availability Certificate from your country’s registry indicating that a copy of your birth certificate is unavailable and it should indicate a reason it is unavailable. When a birth certificate is unavailable, the SINP may accept two alternative pieces of identification that state the name of the applicant, date of birth and the name of the father and/or mother. Acceptable documents are:

- Education Documents with birth date and parent’s name;

- I.D. Cards (with date of birth and parent’s name);

- National Voting Card; and

- Family/Household Register.

Please note that we do not accept an affidavit or passport as birth document.

Kind regards,
