Dear All,

I applied for SINP on 14th February,2017 opening. I had submitted all the documents and yesterday I received a mail from them that Code of conducts and Applicant's declaration form were missing there. I had assured before submission of application that everything is fine, yet I got this reply.

Has anyone faced this kind of issue?

Let's get connected. My watsapp number is +91 7738951761.

I am confused with SINP, do we need to fill up those forms, scan then upload?

For this Code of Conduct, do we still need to fill it up if I am not using a representative?

It seems from Feb 2017 , SINP approach toward incomplete applications has been changed: REJECTION! Without any request to send them again.

I doubt it. According to myimmitracker.com at least 3 of applicants (Feb 2017), have been rejected so far! their refusal is not normal and I think its because of missing documents.
In the past , we were given a list of missing documents as well as 40 days by SINP officers , to be provided.
But it seems: that was then and this is now !!!

This might be strategy for SINP as they will be imposing fees this April. So for those rejected, they might need to re apply and pay the fees rather than officers to spend time checking and rechecking apppications.

No more mercy. By the time you apply again you pay 300CAD.

I also applied in 14th Feb 2017. I also forgot to add settlement plan in my application. Now I am really worried about that. My application is showing received only. Would you can say that SINP will reject my application due to missing settlement plan only? Is there anyone who got nomination even missed to upload documents? :(

I totally agree with you

I have applied for SINP in July 2017. But they returned my application saying that dependent passport and user representative forms are missing. Indeed I have uploaded all the documents and same i have stored in my local folder as well. I am unable to navigate dependents documents like passport, Birth Certificate in the submitted application of the SINP portal. Do you know how to prove that the documents are uploaded? I am really worried that they are rejecting my application with this silly reason. But, I am sure that these documents are uploaded. Please let me know if any alternate option to prove it.

I have created a profile for express entry initial requirement, but i need pnp for the Canada. hence i have applied through SINP, but unfortunately the profession (Human Resource) is not available in the listed professions. Hence i am unable to fill it and submit. Any one faced the same issue? Advise me the solution pls.
