By this initial data gathering, we can understand, that they either do it randomly or by NOC category wise. Second one seems more sound to me...

I am pretty sure about NOC wise processing because I am 110308X and already my application in process.

Couldn't find any reason except NOC, mine is 2232.

There will no issue if you signed with Blue pen. Most people signed with Blue pen and got nomination.
