SINP- APEGS- Denial Result

Hi, I submitted my documents to APEGS, I am a civil engineer. I received denial although my degree and documents are fully supported and clearly shows I am matching the requirements. the assessment results with 12 deficiencies. my questions are:
1- can I submit a document showing denial for SINP oasis?
2- is it worth it to appeal
3- what other options do I have, knowing that remain 7 months and I should close SINP requirements and submit,

1. So you received a nomination for SINP? If so decline the invitation or withdraw your EOI.
2. Don’t know. Assume you have a high enough SINP score to be selected again.
3. What 7 months are you referring to.
